I am a holistic life coach who provides coaching services to clients on an individual basis.

I specialize in helping people gain control of the mental processes that run automatically in the human brain. Living a life of infinite possibilities starts with understanding the limitations we place on ourselves in the form of repetitive thoughts and a reluctance to be present.

All rates are quoted on an individual basis. This process begins with a 30-minute introduction call with Carol where prices will be discussed. Coaching and intro sessions take place via Zoom.

All coaching fees are non-refundable and must be paid up front.
The introductory call will establish whether a coaching relationship is a good fit.

I am not a certified therapist. I am a life coach with a degree in psychology. I hold certifications in Reiki, Holistic Life Coaching, and Infinite Possibilities Training.

All discussions are confidential. All clients retain full control over their own lives and are responsible for their own decisions.
