I am a holistic life coach who provides coaching services to clients on an individual basis.

I specialize in helping people gain control of the mental processes that run automatically in the human brain. Living a life of infinite possibilities starts with understanding the limitations we place on ourselves in the form of repetitive thoughts and a reluctance to be present.

I attempt to provide information at all price levels, from free content to private coaching sessions ($ 44 for a half-hour Story Shift session to $222 for a 90-minute deep dive). Packages are available once a client establishes a working relationship. Coaching sessions take place via Zoom.

All coaching fees are non-refundable and must be paid upfront. I strive to provide value to all of my clients!

I am not a certified therapist. I am a life coach with a BA in psychology. I hold certifications in Reiki, Holistic Life Coaching, and Infinite Possibilities Training.

All discussions are confidential. All clients retain full control over their own lives and are responsible for their own decisions.
